About Us

Inflection Point Digital’s mission is to help brands, advertisers, agencies, and platforms better understand and navigate the ever-changing digital media and programmatic landscape. We specialize in online media, including deal curation, strategic partnerships, negotiations, and execution. IPD educates and advises clients on media buying, planning, direct-to-programmatic migration, campaign optimization, and operations.

Our goal is to ensure client success through the optimization and procurement of direct risk-free media and data that effectively reaches target markets via a contextual and audience-driven approach. Mitigation of fraud and risk in today’s ecosystem is a top priority and continues to be at the core of our business practice.

John A. Pedicino

John Pedicino is an experienced professional in digital advertising, marketing technology, business development, data science, and business management. He enjoys fast-paced environments and has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, private small-businesses and start-ups; successfully managing expectations and producing positive business outcomes for clients.

John began his professional career in the industry at Disney-ABC Television Group in New York City in 2011. Under the mentorship of senior leadership and management, he gained invaluable experience and developed a passion for the industry, especially an understanding of strategic decision-making within the business.

In 2012, John continued to follow his passion joining digital advertising investment agency firm, Universal McCann - J3 (UMJ3) an Interpublic Group owned company (IPG). John focused on digital media, data, and analytics and built qualitative and quantitative campaign assessments for his clients within the Decision Sciences group. Specializing within CPG and Pharma sector, his notable account contributions for Johnson & Johnson (UMJ3) included Listerine ,Stelara, Aveeno, Tylenol, Zyrtec, and supported others.

John moved-on to a start-up, Beanstock Media in late 2013. He started as an Analyst in revenue procurement and development at the AdTech publishing trading desk. He was responsible for the implementation of new business development processes, technical pre-sales and post-sales strategies and to aid the management team in new business. He also worked on restructuring Salesforce, revenue analysis processes, and was able to maximize the companies growth during his time. John moved on John to the role of Manager - North American Markets.

In late 2014, John moved on to a leading AdTech platform, MediaMath, Inc., starting as Global Manager of Business Development, within the Media Partnerships Group practice. His responsibilities included vetting out new SSP/Exchange integrations, publisher partnerships and ensuring management teams understood the value-add each media partner offered the business. Over his 3+ years tenure at the company, John wore multiple hats including acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, as well as acting a subject matter expert to client account team leaders and direct clients and agencies. John led an agile global upstart team tasked with aiding in the development of cutting edge, revenue generating products that raised the bar for the industry.

Much of his responsibilities were to build publisher and supply relationships which lead to a robust supply chain for MediaMath, Inc. He forged relationships with top 250 ComScore including Linkedin, Verizon Media (fka Oath/AOL), Google, The New York Times, WSJ, WashPost, Comcast NBCUniversal, CBSi, Turner / WarnerMedia, Zynga, Financial Times, Purch, IDG, among many others. John engaged with C-Level and management teams across both sides of the digital media business to secure deals and contracts with the largest publishing companies and suppliers in the world. He utilized his understanding of ecomonics, data, analytics, and an ability to understand what clients needs are, to operationalize media plans for success, alongside his team.

John was promoted to Director of the Media Advisory Group, where he was successful in creating a global DSP sales expansion effort and client services plan for the company. The group drove private deal curation, net new migration of programmatic investment into the platform and partnerships; Furthering positive business development efforts and market positioning, the he eventually was responsible for multiple employees, as a Global Director. The teams clients included Dell EMC, P&G,, Prudential Financial, Walmart, Target, AT&T, CBSi, IBM, Microsoft, UBER,, Mediacom, Affiperf - Havas, Amnet -Dentsu Aegis Network, among others.

In mid-2017, John was promoted to Head of Publisher Development / Partnerships & Global Director of Curated Market Product. The team managed an initial achievement of a >90% client adoption rate, and was responsible for GTM, product marketing analytics, and education of a global sales team inclusive of up-selling, and the operational success of the product. John, helped grow, manage, and was successuful in the achieving well over $250m in private client spend during his tenure.

Most recently, John has been engaging in graduate level coursework with Darthmouth, Tuck School of Business and is looking to pursue further education with the Tandon School of Engineering at New York University.

John is a Philadelphia native and has had the opportunity to work for the Philadelphia government at the Office of the District Attorney, Office of the Inspector General & under the former Mayor of Philadelphia, Hon. Michael Nutter. He is a graduate of the Jesuit High School of Philadelphia, St. Joseph’s Preparatory School. John resides in Lower Manhattan, and enjoys spending time with friends, family, watching Philly sports, while keeping up on the latest tech, advertising and business trends. John is particularly interested in cybersecurity, online privacy law practice, fraud prevention, advertising development, business growth / automation, and digital technology strategy management for corporations.

Managing advisor

Zachary P. Milewski

Zach started his career in digital media as an intern at AOL and was promoted numerous times moving into a senior role at the company during the Verizon acquisition. At AOL On, he focused on clients and internal and external stakeholder relationship management within video as well as pre & post-sales relationships. In late 2016, he subsequently moved to Pubmatic, where he managed customer success, account management and a book of business consisting of tier one publishers for the company. Zach had the opportunity to work with both publishers, suppliers and the demand side of at the AdTech company.

Zach recently completed an M.B.A. level internship at INTURN, a leading global platform that standardizes the way the retail industry plans, shops and transacts off-price inventory. He is passionate about building businesses and innovating processes, specific to e-commerce, and realizing growth for companies. Zach is well-versed in AdTech, marketing, finance, business development and e-commerce. He understands the growth that can be realized within those areas and is always looking for a challenge. Zach recently joined Google, and resides in San Francisco, CA.

He has completed an M.B.A. from SDA Bocconi School of Management in 2018. Zach also holds a B.S.B.A. from Fordham University - Gabelli School of Business in Finance, with a specialization in Communication & Media Management.

Given his professional and educational background, Zach is uniquely qualified to aid in building business strategies to educate and guide clients on innovations within many different aspects of digital and offer a qualified advisement within business development, strategy, and customer success. He is a Managing Advisor, contributing his expertise to ensure positive business outcomes.
